By accessing or using this website and/or booking photography services with LessaMadeMedia, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

LessMadeMedia provides professional photography services, including but not limited to portraits, events, commercial shoots, and digital image delivery. Specific details of services will be outlined in individual agreements, invoices, or booking confirmations.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the booking confirmation via email.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed due date before final images are delivered.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client-initiated cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit (depending on circumstance).

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least [2] days before the scheduled session and are subject to availability.

  • LessMadeMedia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or events beyond reasonable control. In such cases, payments will be refunded or credited.

4. Copyright & Image Ownership

  • All photographs remain the copyrighted property of LessMadeMedia under applicable copyright laws.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal or agreed-upon commercial use.

  • Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes beyond the agreed scope without written permission.

5. Usage & Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LessMadeMedia reserves the right to use images for:

  • Portfolio

  • Website

  • Social media

  • Marketing and promotional materials

Clients may request image usage restrictions in writing prior to the shoot.

6. Image Delivery & Storage

  • Final images will be delivered via [online gallery, download link, USB, etc.] within approximately 3-7 business days.

  • LessMadeMedia is not responsible for long-term storage of images after delivery. Clients are encouraged to back up their files immediately.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for sessions.

  • Obtain necessary permissions for locations, participants, or props.

  • Ensure cooperation of participants during the shoot.

Delays caused by the client may reduce shooting time without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

LessMadeMedia will take reasonable care in providing services but is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage due to equipment failure, data loss, or unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In any case, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

9. Website Use

All content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of LessMadeMedia and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through this website or during bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Connecticut, U.S.A., and any disputes shall be subject to its courts.

12. Changes to Terms

LessMadeMedia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
